Denti più bianchi in poche mosse.

E' risaputo, coca cola, caffè, alcolici e sigarette macchiano i denti. E' vero che ognuno ha il suo colore naturale che a volte può tendere al giallino o come lo chiamo io,  al grigio verdino :( .
 Per avere un sorriso più brillante ( e togliere qualche macchia) si può ricorrere a un rimedio smacchiante fatto in casa, ricordate di farlo raramente perchè se fatto sempre può corrodere lo smalto naturale dei denti, che è cio' che ci protegge da carie ed anche da ipermacchiamento dei denti.
Procuratevi: soluzione fisiologica, dentifricio, 1/2 limone (di cui non useremo tutto il succo) e bicarbonato.
In un piattino versate prima un pò di dentifricio, seguite con la fisiologica 1 pizzico di bircabonato e limone per ultimo. Dovete creare una pasta schiumosa.

La mia è viola perchè ho usato il dentifricio Aquafresh :)

Get yourself: saline solution, toothpaste, 1/2 lemon (of which we will not use all the juice) and bicarbonate. 

In a saucer paid before a bit of toothpaste, followed by the physiological and lemon 1 pinch of bircabonato last. You have to create a foamy paste. 

Mine is purple because I used the Aquafresh toothpaste :)
